What you would end up with is a combination of SHT, Hypos, and nice looking Tangerines. But they all will be Double Het for Rainwater/Patternless. It could be an interesting project.
I'd recommend holding a group back consisting of the nicest ones and breed them when they are ready. Who knows, Rainwater Patternless Sunglows?
I'm going to try the same thing this year but use Tremper/Patternless instead. Maybe even Rainwater/Patternless if I have some of my nicest SHT girls from last year get to the proper size.

Is there a book or website that can teach me all I need to know about genetics?

I can't recommend any web sites.

Schaum's Introduction to Genetics, 4th edition, by Elrod and Stansfield, is a good textbook. I like the problem-solving orientation. Used paperbound copies in good condition go for less than $10 on the web and at stores like Half Price Books.

ummm where ya gettin the patternless in that one?

I must of had some weird brain fart or a little burned out from a long day at work. All my Rainwaters are also Patternless so I probably had some sort of brain dead confusion. Thanks for calling me on that.
OK, the correct outcome would be a combination of SHT, Hypos, & Tangerines all het for Rainwater Albino. Breed the offsping back to each other for Rainwater Hybinos & Sunglows.
A good book to read that does a good job explaining the genetics is Ron Trempers The Herptoculture of Leopard Geckos.
Sorry again thinking Patternless were in there.
