Thought this was cool i seen it on another forum..
Some of this went bad so im heading out tommorow at lunch for new stuff..
Mustard Greens
Turnip Greens
Endive/Escasarole (went bad..)
Dandelion Greens (went bad..)
Butternut Squash (Grated)
Parsnips (Grated)
Greens Beans (Diced)
Bell Peppers, Green, Yellow, Orange (Diced)
2x's a week i add Calcium and 1 day a week I add a vitamin (Repcal no Vit. D3 Phosphorous Free and Herpavite)
Im also picking up at the local health food place Alfalfa tablets for protein 2x's a week i will add that as well.
So whats in your Ig's dish?
