Bonnie, Clyde, n Bugsy

Boost Jan 26, 2007 12:01 PM

Well Bonnie officially came out of brumation yesterday and perhaps wished she hadn't. As Clyde promptly started his "love me" dance and tried to mate with her several time with no success. She then gives me the "get this creep out of the cage" look" then food was air dropped into the cage and all was forgotten. Clyde has demonstrated his hunting prowess and it is funny to watch him stalk around the cage looking for crickets.

Well Bugsy has a new friend, our yongest cat Skeeter, will sit and watch Bugsy move about in the cage. Yet Skeeter doesn't have any interest in getting in the cage and Bugsy will get into Skeeters face. I fed Bugsy yesterday and his little tail twitch before he strikes is more evident than in Bonnie & Clyde. Lol, I refilled his water dish and he literally attacked the water, I almost dropped the bottle as I was laughing so hard.

My boy Darwin just came out of his brumation period a few days ago. They really are pumped up when they come out. I dont even have time to airdrop my crickets. He's jumping up at them before even releasing them. Reminds me of my of the Desert spinny lizard I had before. Really haywired and alert!
