what to do?

i have a blizzard leo who i bought from LLL reptiles about 2 weeks ago. it is pretty rapidly declining in health, eating very little, and seems to be having a lot of trouble with its vent. im gonna call them tomorrow, should i ask to exchange it, or get my money back, or keep it and try to help it myself?

i would definately call them. maybe you should try to take to a herp vet. I don't think being in your care just 2 weeks would make it decline that fast so apparently it was sold to you like that. But i could be wrong but i would call them and i would take it to a vet. if you have other leos i would definately take it away from them in like a different room and wash your hands before and after you handle the leo thats sick and wash your hands before you handle any other leos or animals you may have. I hope you get everything straightened out and good luck hopefully they will understand. i have never bought from LLL Reptiles so i can't say their really good or whatever. But good luck though

I'd call them and tell them your problem. Maybe they can give you some help, or they might offer to exchange it or give you your money back. Was he showing any signs of ill health when you bought him??? If not, then check your setup. Sometimes when the setup changes, the problems will go away. Good luck!!!

it was in seemingly fine condition when i got it. its setup seems fine to me, it works with all my other geckos.
