As Doug touched on, Okeetee can be snakes with lineage traced to the okeetee hunt club or okeetees can be okeetee "phase".. snakes with "the Look" but do not actually have lineage traced to the hunt club.
AND not all true okeetees (snakes with lineage traced to the hunt club) look any different then any other normal corn snake.
They are true okeetees, they just don't have the "accepted" okeetee look.
the desired okeetee "look"...Thick black borders, bright red saddles and deep rich orange ground color.
In those aspects you have what would be considered the PERFECT EXAMPLE.
That is a stunningly beautiful snake.
I have seen a lot of beautiful Okeetees, a few possibly even as nice as yours but I seriously doubt I have ever seen one nicer.
That beauty goes to the top of the list.
As far as true okeetee to okeetee phase...Take this snake below...I know where it came from and who bred it...It is an Okeetee, but most people would not look at this snake and immediately think okeetee.
But...he is an okeetee and a beautiful snake. Definitely one of my favorites. He is always one of the first snakes I bring out when people come to the house and show an interest in the snakes.
