What are you trying?
What was it eating before you got it?
Are you moving it out of its cage for feeding?
Is it in shed?
All I've ever had to do was put the food in the cage.

Im giving it a live pinkie. No physical signs of shedding, I keep it in its cage for feeding. Maybe its jus not ready to eat. He doesnt act interested at all.
It was eating before you got it right?

Yeah thats what she said. It was g&G rodents. I think they got theirs from another breeder.
Try feeding it a fuzzy pink. They like larger meals. Also try feeding it around midnight or later. They are nocturnal so feeding them durring the day can be annoying to them .
I have a few that will feed on nothing but pre-killed because they were started on it by other people. Maybe yours will only feed on pre-killed. Hope this helps. I know how frustrating getting them to feed can be sometimes. Just have patience and I'm sure he will eventually turn around.

like lizards or small, shrimpy, almost weanling mice that run around fast. Many will take a while to learn to eat things that just lay there like pinks or f/t food. Sometimes you can fool them into eating something off forceps by tapping the side of the snake (not the head) so he can ambush it. But they really like to start on the live "popcorn" mice.
buy a piece of catfish filet from your grocery store. Take a small fuzzy mouse, get it a little wet, and rub the catfish over it really well. Then tease the ATB with it using forceps.
This worked getting a stubborn Eastern Indigo to eat, so I tried it on an ATB that hadn't eaten in 3 months and it took the fuzzy right away.
