Hog Island Boa (CB'06 Rio Bravo)

Here is a little female '06 Hog that I just picked up from Gus. Although she is in her "light phase" in the pic, she really colors up into a breath-taking orange animal. I LOVE the highly speckled Hogs...it seems these days that breeders have almost completely eliminated the speckles from the hog lines...

Even though some people selectively breed Hogs for either reduced or high speckling, natural variation is intense and still exists, especially among the more recently imported w/c hog lines.

I agree Jason... I also have one of the WC Hogs...there is alot of natural variation in them.... Thanks!
