My female dropped last night/early this morning. She gave me 17 eggs in total, with 14 appearing to be viable. I'm pretty happy considering this was her first breeding attempt. I'm crossing my fingers at this point.......

Did you consider maternal incubation at all? I'm just curious as I have two females due in 30-45 days and was hoping to let them do it naturally.
Bill
Bill,
I thought about letting mom do the work, but I eventually decided against it. My main reason was body weight and stress. I wanted to minimize the strain on her for her first breeding. However, I think I’ll let her incubate maternally next time I breed her.
Best of luck with your females, hope everything goes well with whatever incubation method you use.
