Restick a UTH?

howitser Jan 28, 2007 05:23 PM

Does anyone know of a way to restick a UTH? I've got a couple that have fallen off over the years, and with winter finally hitting in the northeast, would like to get them back under a tank. I know the packaging says it's not possible, but there has to be a way, other than buying new ones, when these are still perfectly good.

Thanks!

Howie

I never actually stick them to the tanks. I just set them underneath and i don't even let it set directly underneath, they are all wrapped in tshirts and then just placed under the tanks.

I Stick them to a peice of 1/4th inch ply wood with duckt tape and it works out well i used 1/4th because i had it but if you go thinner it may help with heat loss.
