IF I WERE TO BUY AN IRIAN JAYA-RED HYPO CROSS SIBLING WHICH CAME OUT NORMAL LOOKING, WOULD IT BE ABLE TO PRODUCE JAGS OR NOT?ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is no.

Jags produce jags, sibs do not. So far nothing has been proven to arise from siblings except for nice looking animals. They are not het for anything (at least as far as is known at this point).
