Just make sure now that you kep his temps right, no eating substrate and don't forget right size prey (no bigger that the distance between his eyes and tip of nose) along with dusting of Calcium with Vit D3.

Then you should have a happy little fellow

yeah you alot of people don;t realize that these guys when babies can be prety fragile. hathclings are alot of work and expensive.
figure this for a hathcling
20 gal long tank say 24.00 bucks
20 gal screen top say 12 bucks
uv light i got mine on sale for 14.99 from scales
the basking rocks i got at home depot 5 bucks
light fixture uvb 6 bucks home depot and 75 watt bulb 3.79 home depot clamp light fixture 7 bucks timers 7 bucks of course you need two light fixtures one for nite and day unless you wanna burn your finger changing bulbs

so lets add it up it cost me 230.79 cents just to get dragon and lizzard less food and other things like i had to change bulb wattages a few times
i have easly spent 300 dollars on one set and that is going the cheap route. i didn;t include things like lasar temps gun and news paper and 100 cricket orders since they are used for all my lizzards lets not forget calcium and a multi vit plus vet bills if could easly hit 400 if i didn;t have acces to meds and my own fecal exams.
its no wonder alot of people have trouble with thier lizzards
but your doing good! keep it up and you will have a happy and healty guy
one strong word of advice have pedialite and eye dropes on hand these babies dehydrate easliy
