I was wondering if a 50 gallon tank would be too big for 2 leos. I want to set up some more hides and such but I've heard that too much space is not good. Is this true?
Thanks Much!

that would actually be the MINIMUM I'd suggest for housing multiples... you want to give the leos as much 'personal space' as possible, if housing them together.
or better yet, make a divider and house them SEPARATELY!
Sounds like overkill, but they shouldn't have any problems as long as there not both males. You can do a real cool natual set-up for them.
Personally having around 100 geckos at the moment I run alot of animals together. The only exception being the males are housed seperate untill breeding season & quarantined animals. I house about 3 to 4 adult females or a 1.3 during breeding in 24"L 18"W & 6"H sweater boxes in a rack system. The key is to provide lots of hideing places/humidity boxes, plenty of food, & clean the cage frequently. This has worked for me for years. This would apply to any multi gecko setup.
The only worry I would have is some people with larger cages tend not to clean them as frequently as they should because it's a bigger chore to clean. But I think you won't be one of them.
It could be real cool , but like said before make sure they are not males.. also i would keep the seperated. Most leos don't do well with companions. They are not herps to be kept in social groups per say. They like being alone and having there space. It can be very stressfull on the herp to put another in with it.
