I'm having some trouble with the picture, but it could be the pattern of the gecko messing me up too... Does it look like the two sticky pads of toes are stuck together? How do I explain it? Like the two pads are velcro'd together, but are otherwise whole?
I'm not sure since I couldn't get a good look at the picture, but our little crested scared the begeebus out of me when she somehow stuck her two toes together at the age of about 3 months. We tried to get them apart with moistened q-tips thinking it was a bad shed and everything... then one day (I think she heard she was going to the vet) she was walking around completely normal and unstuck. I still don't know what happened, but she has completely normal toes and has ever since then. It could be the same as what you are seeing. In any event I would watch the little one closely and make sure it isn't a bad shed and that you are maintaining the correct humidity. If it lives with other geckos watch for other signs of domination or fighting, which can happen even between females.
Maybe you can get us a clearer close up on the toes? Though, at that age I'm impressed you can get a picture other than a blur! Good luck.
