HELP bugs on eggs

TonyZ Jan 30, 2007 06:02 PM

i was inspecting them today, mostly the one that had dimpled in witch is doing much better now, i noticed while holding the eggs close i could see very tiny white bugs to small to even tell a shape but they were moving around. there was about 2 per egg that i could see, what are they, are they harmful and how do i get rid of them? I would just hate for something bad to happen now that they are just a week or two from hatching
I will try to get a pic but i dont think that they will show up
Thanks
Tony

Hi
i think they r mites .
i would take them out and put them in new vermucilite very cently, you know not turn around the egg.
you can even washed them under a runing water but try to wash them of with not to hot water try to be close to the temp you have in incubator.
better is colder ,then to warm water.
then place them back in new vermucilite .
is there not one egg broke?
some times then there go the mite to .
