There is a large knot on the side of my male green anoles face. It's below his eye and behind his mouth. It's whitish in color, he is looking a little thin, I was thinking maybe it's an infection of some sort and maybe making him feel bad and hurting his appetite. Has anyone seen this before? Any help will be appreciated!
