Planning a trip to Utah!

jasonmc Jan 31, 2007 01:58 PM

So I am trying to put together a kick ass herping adventure for this spring/ summer with a few friends (interested Reako)!
I was thinking of either Bryce Canyon or Moab! Does anyone know how these locals are for herping? And can anyone tell me a good website to see what the reptiles of that area are?

Thanks for any help, and I promise alot of pictures after the trip!

Sounds good. Keep me posted as to when. Jarron from SWHS goes to Utah every year. Next meeting I'll ask him what's out there. I know there's L. t. taylori (Milk snake) out there. I'm sure they've got some of the same stuff like we've got out here like Kings (probably desert phase) and Great Basin Gophers. I think Jason Nelson from Envy posted pics of some that he got from the St. George area.
