PLEASE HELP LOST 1 WTF ALREADY

Hi PLease help anyone if anyone has any advice i could really use the help please look at pics and read what has been going on i lost 1 of my WTF's last night and my other 1 is looking sick too...he just sits on his log all day all night shallow breathing...not eating please help...I just bought them on Thursday...
