I know there's bigger out there, but if there are, I definently want to see pics of your big boy.

Here's one of his babies from Summer 06. They were all awesome lookers like this guy ... you'd have no clue they are Brooksi though. If you want to see the mother look at my photo gallery, it's Queeny.

I would have never guessed that is pure floridana. Especially the banding on the side like a cal king.Do you have pics of any of its clucthmates, or was that the only one that came out like that?
i think they are Fl X Eastern...

I don't know about that Zenny. Even Florida x easterns don't have those rings come down the sides like that.
Matt is the pair het for anything. History?
okay I stand corrected. It is an easternx floridana. Those bands are crazy though.
what? don't even looks like a brooksi, i like! you should hang on to that one.
Matt, that adult pic is incredible....really impressive looking snake. It is really odd the babies look like they do. If those are supposed to 100% Floridana it is probably not possible. At the very least I would guess that some Eastern King was in the mix which has somehow taken over in the looks of the babies. Whether you ant to agree with that or not is your decision, but I would hold onto at least a trio and breed one female back to father and a pair to each other just to see what pops up next. Also, all of the babies except for one looked like the one that I showed. I'll show some more of the other babies in a second. Only ONE baby looked kind of like a Floridana, and it was eaten by another one of the babies!

...if "Queeny" is it's mother then he's surely not 100% brooksi/floridana then, right? I mean she looks like an eastern king to me and a nice one!

Yup ... I bred the big guy Otis to that 100% SC E. King "Queeny." So the babies are 50/50.
Sorry I didn't make that more clear as I probably would have been confused also.
