I hear all the time about what temps people keep their boas at. How many people here actually measure the BODY temp of their gravid boas? Just a question that has been bugging me for a while.

Thanks Vinnie Caruso
opinons are like a--holes... everybody has one and they all stink
I've taken body temps of gravid green anacondas on several occasions, but not boa constrictors. The gravid greens seem to want to maintain their body temps in the upper 80's to 90 degrees F. I've found that non-gravid greens typically maintain their body temps in the low to mid 80's.

My girl just scanned at 87.6° and the ambient air temp is 80.3°. She is right on the heat but has been moving back and fourth from the hot to the cool sides thermoregulating.
