Sleeping and Cleaning

How often do baby yellow bellies sleep? My turtle seems like she takes a lot of naps throughout the day but she still seems active. Also, what is the easiest way to clean a 20 gallon tank without having to lift it? I am definitely not able to lift the tank by myself.

Easiest way is to buy a python pump for aquariums.
