50w daylight bulb Sun Glo

Has ne1 used this 50w daylight spot sun glo bulb its for reptiles and it says it has UVA rays

Yea i used it for a few herps already. Not bad, But for a leo i would just use a red bulb and a uth! Works great and i have never had problems!

I would say keep the daylight bulb, my leos have always seemed perkier with them than w/o. They seem to be more active/happier, at least in my casual observation, than when I had a regular (non-UV) bulb.

yes, i use them for my beared dragon's ...

i use a red bulb for my gecko . i have it on all the time
