sulcata, Shaking like it has Parkinsons!

Hello,
I have a 2 year old Sulcata and we noticed that when it walks, the back legs drag ab bit and it has the shakes. It just started a few days ago. I am bringing it to the vet today. Any good turtle vets in San Diego?
