The young female Iguana look thinner than the male young Iguana although it is eating. It is normal?

You're right, pretty thin. Are you housing these two together?
My thought is barring no other health problems that the male
is being dominant with the food thus the female is probably
not getting enough. I would separate them and see if she
gains weight. Then you have your answer.
