What does everyone keep their temps at

I have been reading all types of care sheets and books, some say its ok to go above 95 plus minus 5 degrees, others say cool end should not be below 78, but but then I read somthing saying cool end should not be below 85. I am in the process of reevaulating all my cages. This is why I asking a beginners type question.

i dont let the hot spot get more than 110 degrees... the cool side i like to keep in the 70s, and ambient temps around 80 degrees.

you can always check out weather forecasts of indonesia to use as a baseline.
