I have had my snake for 6 days so far and she has eaten her mouse just fine and just this afternoon I found her first shed. It still suck around her face but I rubbed it a bit with a wet wash cloth. I got a lot of it off but she was getting irritated so I left her alone for a bit and when I came back she had it all off, including her eye shed. She's now much happier, and very soft.
