What would Super Bowl Sunday be...

without a Sulfur pic?

OK, these will be the last pics I post for awhile, but they looked pretty good on my computer, not sure how they will translate onto KS. Sulfur Pastel and Pastel Het Clown comparison. If you hate em, just say you hate em. Let's not make this into another big debate, I honestly just want to see if these look as good as they do on my computer.

Looks nice to me.
I'm going to sidestep any debates though.

Question....is the Sulfur/Sulphur what you were previously calling the 'Rolo Ball'?? (For the sake of my OCD-like organized photo collection...lol)

Thanks for any info.

They are both nice looking pastels. Which one is the Cross? The one in the front I would guess. Am I correct?

Yeah, the one that looks like the cross, is the cross. Instead of the brown out on top, the cross gets rid of the straight line dividing the brown from the yellow, and has brown speckles instead of solid brown. He is much nicer in person. I am ordering my camera today, so hopefully some better pics will be available soon. Getting the Pentax K10D, it just looks too nice to pass up.

By the way Rob, I would put my Pastel cross against yours anyday.

Dave,

What I posted was not an attack at you nor at the snakes but rather I just simply asked a question as I wanted to be sure which was which. Maybe it is just the pics and hopefully with your new camera you will be able to capture their true looks (as I personally know how hard it is to capture some snakes correctly.) but the response you just posted seems like a childish backlash at something you did not like to hear. I am sure that they probably look much better in person than in the pics and I wish you the best of luck with them in the future as I really do like the looks of the sulfur animals and hope that great things come from them.

p.s. I have never stated that my crosses look better than anyone else's crosses.

You state that they are both nice Pastels, and do not know which one is the cross. Actually, the Pastel Het Clown is not an attractive Pastel at all. Even though my pics are lousy, I do know enough to have the subject of the Photo more in focus than the comparison snake. The first two, although I find it hard to believe that you cannot tell which is which, I will give you, BUT the last pic, ummm, come on Rob!

NICE PICS KIM.

Holy cow, these pictures are much better compared to the ones you've posted before (no offense!) and I can actually get an idea of how stunning that snake must be in person. I dono what you did different but it looks like a completely different snake!

I think your sulfur is purrrrdy

My schedule has changed dramatically with the new job and school I'm almost always free in the afternoons now!

Gotta fix my car this week though. It makes screamy noises when I go slow, I figure that can't be a good sign...
