Ok... I'm wondering if it is a bad thing that my white's treefrog is somewhat spotted. He is usally all brown, with greenish spots here and there, my guess is that this is a bad thing. What should I do about it?

Is this a NEW thing? Whites are known to have whitish spots along their sides. Perhaps Brown whites have greenish colored spots.
We need to know much more about the situation to know if there could be a problem or not. What is the set up - tank size, heat source, temp, humidity, substrate, water - type used and frequency changed, tank mates, eating habits, hiding spots, food, supplements used, how long have you had him and has he always been like this or is it something new, if you've had him awhile - any changes in his environment, and anything else which may be pertinent. Some changes in coloration are normal and some are indicative of a problem - the above will help to pinpoint which is going on with your frog.
