Here are some of my new guys.

A long story but to shorten it I closed 2 out of 3 of my lizard rooms and got rid of all my island chucks. It was to the point I just could not afford to heat them all. They are all on loan to a good friend of mine in AZ.

photos above. Just like a women to be on the poor guys backs all the time. I guess typical though. HAHA I knew this would get to all my female chuckwalla keeper friends out there and hopefully generate some post. Seriously though I am just kidding. You girls just like my wife are great! Heck if it were not for you girls there probably wouldn't be a chuck forum.

No offense taken! Do you remember a T-shirt slogan, "Ana Purna...A woman's place is on top"? It came out in the late 70's or early 80's after a group of women climbers were the first to reach the top. I had a young female who always waited until the larger male was nice and hot (His name was Whitney, by the way), then she'd climb on top and get the benefit of the heat from both sides. Ha! No dummy, those women! I named her...what else?...Ana Purna!

If Rigel (my male) makes it to the bowl first, Gracie will run up his back and and sit on his head to reach the goodies in the center without having to step into the bowl. He usually decides that it's not worth it and will move off and let her have first dibs ;O) (I always make sure that there are more than enough goodies to go around).

Great looking chucks Tom! It makes me wish I had more room :OP

Tom- If you need another AZ friend to chuck sit for you let me know! I am builing a new enclosure that is going to be out of this world. It is actually a buffet and hutch that I am converting with foam and tile grout to a cliff wall similar to what might be found at South Mountain. I will keep you all posted on how it goes. Just trying to keep my wife happy by having a more attractive looking home for my chucks.
