I've posted a while ago bout my pair of WTF's being left in my back garden. This morning it was raining pretty hard, when i saw one of the WTF's sitting on a glass table. He was just sitting there for a long time. I decided to feed it something, so i fed it 4 zoophoba worms. In the afternoon, it was still there. Since i've been back from the pet store, i fed it a small grub (kinda looks like a waxmoth, used widely as treats/staples for lots of animals like rats, hamsters, etc) to give it some fat reserves (actualy he was a good size, considering he has been left in the garden to find his own food, not skinny at all). Took care of the rest of my pets, the went back after a while, it defecated (which was a good sign). He also had some water. At night, gave em another grub. So, for the whole day, he's been lying there on the table.
What do u think? Did he just find the right spot 2 rest or what? Coz i handled him a few times today, and when i put him back on the table he gets to a sleeping position and just sleeps away (the position they tuck themselves, usualy in a corner/glass of the tank).
I had a turtle i let go in that yard bout a year ago (now i take care of him in a tupperware container where he eats healthier
)and whenever he wanted food, he would just crawl to the patio and stay thre till he gets fed (he's an asian leaf turtle).
Wonder if this could be applied on the WTF? Not so sure. Main difference is the WTF just wont budge and seems to enjoy his new "spot."
what do you guyz think?
