My ackie has an inflamed hemipene, the cause has not been discovered yet. So he is on 3 meds, and his stools are being tested. He told me to take him out of his subtrate and place him into newspaper or carpeting for a while because his hemipene is being exposed to it at times. Now for the 2-3 weeks he is in the newspaper, i cant really keep the humidity high so should i drop the temps? I was told to bathe him 2 times a week, which we recently discussed is not natural. But i guess thats making up for the loss of humidity.
I'm not to happy about this newspaper stuff, and am also worried about the stress of the meds and environment change any suggestions?
