That is very common in females that are of breeding age. She could lay multiple clutches throughout the breeding season, atleast 3 weeks apart, but it could be longer. She will start scratching around her cage trying to find a suitable laying spot. Make sure that she has a good nesting spot (obviously she's one of those girls who is fine with the sand in her tank, which is good for you!) because if they don't have a good spot to lay they can become eggbound. But don't worry, it is entirely natural.

Hi
so then the eggs wil be not fertile.
then you not have to incubate them .
look its you see veins running trough the eggs shell then they r fertile .
and then you can incubate them .

no they definately wernt fertile, shes never encountered a male this season and last season she was only a few months old. shes always been quite agressive towards my other two, so since i got her ive kept her in her own tank. alot of the eggs appeared broken on the inside, like the yok had broken and was leaking onto the inside of the shell. she wasnt exactly gentle when she was burying them. but since shes laid these eggs, shes been more tame than she ever has been. she used to hate being held or touched and now shes all lovey dovey with me. thanks for the information though, nothing in any book i looked at said any of this. i'll know for next time to up her calcium intake before hand (remember, i thought she was a male).
