eastern box turtle permits in PA

I heard that I need a permit to keep my eastern box. Is this true?

PA laws have changed recently, I think, so I'm not sure of what the requirements are.

Really the best people to talk to are the folks at the appropriate state agency (Fish and Game, Dept. Of Natural Resources, or what ever its called in PA), as they will have the most up-to-date information for you.
