hey
i was wondering if it is ok to feed my beardies meal or super worms. how often and how much can i feed them?

Yeah, you can feed these so long as your dragon is big enough to handle them. I'm not sure about a number and frequency, but you'll know if you've fed too many. If your dragon poops less frequently after feeding, cut back a bit on them.
