Few Quick Questions

I'm considering getting a crested gecko and wanted to know a few quick things.

I have a 25 gallon setup (custom) that I was using to house my old arrow frogs (they have since moved on to the monster setup I created). It is a multi-tiered setup that works really well with the rainforest setup, but I was wondering, if I use fake plants for their hiding places will they try to eat them?

Also, the room I'd keep them in has an average temp through the day of 75, but drops to about 65 during the night? Should I get maybe a 50 watt nightbulb to keep the temp in the low 70's for the night or will the gecko be ok with it dropping that much?

Crested Geckos won't try to eat any plants. They eat fruits and insects. They usually do fine at room temp, but you don't want the temperature to drop below 65... 65 is the minimum. 75 for daytime should be fine though.
