Day/Night Light bulbs

eppon Aug 11, 2003 12:03 AM

I plan to get a temperature controller for my heat lamp, so I was thinking that it would be best to go with a day/night light bulb so it won't wake up the dragon at night. If I do that, and the light turns off during the day, will a fluorescent bulb be sufficient for actual light?

Err, I guess the day/night light bulb wouldn't provide light that a reptile could see during the day anyway, so I was wondering if the flourescent bulb is enough for light then.
