i have a very large girl, and just got a new smaller girl about 3/4 her size. will they get along?

I would keep them separate at least for now. You should quarentine the new one for at least 90 days to make sure she has nothing that could spread to your current dragon. I would get a fecal done on the new one and if you haven't had one done on your other one in a while I would have that done too.

I would not just put a new female in the cage with the one you have. To your original female, it is her territory and she will defend it. You can introduce them outside the cage for a while. Generally nothing bad happens there because either one can just run away if they want.

If you want to put them together, I would set-up a new cage with 2 of everything. Especially 2 equal basking sites, if there's enough room then there won't be anything to fight over.

Slowly introduce both together in the new cage for short periods of time. Then just increase their time together and they should be fine. If the smaller on is smaller because she's not full grown, I would wait until she is. Being trapped with a larger Dragon is very stressful on Juveniles.
