Hi Adam

I'm guessing you got some large nymphs from your friend. It's somewhat hard to tell the sexes around that size. But you can definitely tell apart the nymphs from the newly molted female. After their exoskeleton hardens they look shinnier with black and burnt orange/brown coloration. As far as adults go, its a no brainer for these guys since these things are sexually dimorphic with males having wings. Check out my pic below so you can see the difference from the nymphs and females. Keep them warm and well fed and you will have a ton of feeder after a couple of months. So many you won't know what to do with them. Take care.

Hey Adam

You're welcome. The main reason I have these guys is that I plan on getting some Dwarf/Ridge-tailed Monitors "soon". I also have a tarantula, a vinegaroon, and a pair of leopard geckos(i'm baby sitting these for a friend) but their effects to the roach numbers are minimal at best. They breed like crazy once you have an established colony. What I love about these is that they require very minimal effort to raise and multiplies exponentially. Not to mention that they are slow flightless non-climbers. I even think they females look cool, even if they are roaches. Anyway, these should feed your animals well. Take care bro.
