So I put one of my males with one of my females tonight. After a few minutes of him finding his way around, the female wandered over and the male started growling at her. I've never heard this before out of any gecko and am amazed that he could make a sound that low with how small hos throat is. I pulled them apart for now. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Not with a partner but my baby leo has been screaming at me. So I guess to answer ur question no they just do their thing when I had mine and make noises that are quite disturbing when I am trying to sleep.
