Some Favorites Born this Year...

JJsBoas Feb 10, 2007 12:15 AM

Hey all,

Here are some of my humble favorites from litters born last year.

The first two pics are Anery boys that I'll more than likely keep safe and warm right here. They were born in a very "odd" litter from last year where a premie snow popped out with a mess of anerys and het anerys. The anery mom is/was a poss het snow, and the sire was only a het anery with absolutely no albino blood in him, as confirmed by the very reputable breeder that I acquired him from). Go figure?? Unfortunately, the snow didn't make it, but I'm going to try and prove out the mom as a het snow later this year (fingers crossed).

The last pic is very lovely lil gal born in a hypo litter. I think she's either a hypo with more dark "reddish" saddles, or she's just a really nice normal with dark "reddish" saddles. Not too sure how to describe her. Opinions on her would be appreciated. Either way she's a very sweet girl and I'm happy to hold on to her.

Thanks for looking.

Jay

I love the color on the hypo. Has Different look to her. Good luck with those anery's

Love the saddles on that hypo, a nice clear red rather then the brown/orange. How old is she, love to see what her base color ends up being. Could very well follow the same route as the saddles.

That "reddish" hypo girl was born May 2006. She's small for her age because I grow my boas up slow and steady. She's such a sweet lil snake to work with. Her color and contrast is what made her stand out from the rest. Her hypo mom has a very nice background color, highlighted with pink and orange scales. I'd post a pic of her, but she's in shed right now. I'm hoping this is her Post-Ov Shed, and that in about 4 months or so, my "reddish" hypo girl will have some "super" siblings to play along with (fingers crossed).

Anyway, thanks for the comments.

All the best...Jay

Those anery boys are awesome and will look great as adults

I call burghundy(sp) hypo on third one

Thanks for the comments. I'm looking forward to possibly making some ghosts from these anerys that I have. Anerys are by far my favorite morphs to work with and I'm eager to work in some of the "higher-end" morphs into my anerys.

As for that hypo, "burgundy" is actually a very good description of her saddle color. I'll be sure to post updates as she grows to track her color change.

Thanks again...Jay
