I have been told crested geckos do when they interact (fighting, copulation, etc.), I have yet to hear mine make any noise but they're all housed seperately and they're still sub-adults x]

1.2 Rhacodactylus ciliatus [Goose, Filibuster, Bender]
1.0 Creamsicle/Okeetee Cornsnake [Spleen]
I have personally heard both leopard geckos and crested geckos make noises (very infrequently though, leopards only when they feel threatened and/or you piss them off). Not quite sure why, but I heard my crested make a chirping noise a couple of nights ago after being completely silent for the first year that we've had her. She sure surprised my leopard when she did it though, I saw the leopard staring up at her (cages next to each other) and looking very much like she was having thoughts like "we are not amused" and "if you were not so high up there, I'd punish you for that noise!"

I had a few White Lined Geckos that made noises. I am not sure if they were mating or what the noise was from.
I have two fat0tailed geckos and they also make a bit of noise when they mate.
I've had a Madagsscar leaf-tailed gecko scream at me when I picked her up for a routine exam. And I mean *scream*

My Leachies make a ton of noise.
Some larger males will grunt and bark louder than a dog when first picked up.
Actually, I've heard that leachies have the most diverse vocals in the gecko community.
I've never heard a louder reptile than an adult male GT Leach!!!
This was quite a way back, (a few years ago, before a long, somewhat unwanted move where I had to give up my lizards to new homes,) but I seem to recall my house geckos making the occasional bit of noise. Some kind of "door squeak" type sound, if I recall correctly.
When I lived in Costa Rica we had naturally occuring house geckos that would pretty freqquently let out a loud solitary chirp.
Well yes many geckoes can make noises.
The asian house geckoes are in Indonesia known as cecak, because of their cecak like noise, but they also have this chiping sound as mentioned by someone else. Teratoscincus scincus barks.
