Man you really have some nice animals! I would love to have pics as nice as yours are!!

This Great Basin to me is fantastic. Different color overall and I love the pattern. Perhaps if I ever get one, I can get a baby one like this.

Thanks for the kind words. Yeah the Great Basins are pretty variable in colors patterns. The northern range seen to have bussier patterns and speckaling. I will call you sometime soon.

Yeah they kind of have anery look to them. It took 3 years to pair my breeders up. I found a a black & white abberent/ speckeled male and 3 years later a female to match. Most of gophers from that area are pretty average looking. I only breed them once so far and the offspring more abberant then parents.

Cool snake,i think its the total lack of orange hues that makes it appealing to my eyes.Will be realy interesting to see the more aberrant looking examples when they start to get the mature colouration i rkn.
