what should the temp be at night ?

is it better to dim the light down, or just turn it off ?

hey,

need to know your cage temps to give you a definite answer on that, i do personally, i usually recamend 80-90deg during the day and 70-80deg at night, if your temp are going drastickly under the 70 deg mark get a heat pad but turn the light off at night balls are more active at night, and the extended light can agrivate and stress your ball python, and will most likley stop eating,
