Baby terrapin...ill?

My baby terrapin (it's less than 2months old) has these funny looking 'sores' or 'welts' at the corners of its mouth, as well as on one corner of its eye. He has a rather poor appetite too. Is he ill?
In addition, I think his tail has been bitten by the other two baby terrapins in the same tank. The tip is now blunt. Its not bleeding, but appears black. What can I do for it?

Separate the poor thing from the others, both for his own protection and to keep the others from catching anything he might have if it`s contagious. Can you post a pic? Could the marks/welts be bites from the others as well?
