Hey I don’t know how to feel for follicle development but I have been handling my female that I believe to be gravid and I think I have noticed a few small (little smaller than a golf ball) sized bumps in her lower body about 5 inches from the tip of her tail is this where the eggs would be developing? I am wondering what are some sings of a gravid female? I have noticed her wrapped around her water bowl and somewhat laying on her side but she wasn’t on her side enough to where I would think she is thermo regulating. What are other signs of a gravid female? I haven’t noticed any real size difference either and she also does not seem to want anything to do with the male that was copulating with her before.

I don't want to get your hopes up, but, if she is the one in the pic, she is huge. The problem for me with size is that I am always around them. They all look like the 150g babies I got them as. Granted, this last time I started out with adults but the same remains. Imagine you are looking at her for the first time. She has some weight going on.

Yes she is in the picture. She is a big girl and if you look hard enough you can see the daddy of her eggs in the back of her. Thats about all they do though is lay there he does not try to court her. He has tried a few times since they stopped breeding but she doesnt seem to be taken to him anymore. She is a very big girl though i have to get a scale to get her weight.
