UPS or Fedex

Which do you prefer ??
A sweetheart name Jordan sent me a Borneo for valentines day
and due to weather it didn't arrive..I'm in Florida and Jordan
is in Georgia..A couple hours travel and the shipper failed..

We ship using FedEx, and really have never had a problem with them yet. Not really using UPS I would have to say that we prefer using FedEx at this time.
