what you look for during quarantine?

i here everyone talking about when you get new ball speciality ch or wild caught balls. what exactly are you looking for whne you keep them seprate? i just want to know because im really getting into balls and want to make sure all my snakes are as healthy as can be. Thanks brandon

The main thing I worry about with a new snake is whether or not it has a disease that it isn't showing any simptoms for yet. A period of three to six months allows for simptoms to show up. The other thing I check for with a new snake is external parisites. If there are any signs of these I will treat with reptile relief. Luckily I have not gotten a snake with parisites since the 80's. All of my snakes are CBB except for one LTC WC.
