This is a retraction to my post about this year being the first year a lavender corn was produced. I was just informed that Joe Pierce produced one or of these in 2002. Either I forgot that or wasn't aware of it. Knowing how lousy my memory is, I forgot.
Belated congratulations to Joe Pierce. I hope he's monitoring this forum and has an opportunity to share information or photographs with us.

Glad to hear there are a couple around in two different places. Hopefully we will be seeing lots more soon!
Will you have yours on display at the Houston show? I think you said you will have a variety of "special beauties" to display there? It will be the first time I get to see any of yours in person (other than the ones that now reside with me!)
I hadn't planned on it, but that's a good idea. If I remember (wink, wink), I'll take one of the striped butters too. The (wink, wink) is so someone will remind me.
