CBB babies start to arrive in the fall here in the US. All the babies that you see around now (non-basins mostly) are imported neonates. Since basins aren't legally imported you won't find many wc babies around, therefore you'll have to wait until the fall when breeders start to get offspring.

Here is a list I got last year at this time of year from my post. I ended up getting mine through Ed Marino. Although many others on here where helpful. My guy I got from Ed, ate the first day and is great. I would definatly recommend, and he did try to get me to buy a Basin. Alot of breeders have them more than the Northerns, at least that was my experience. Here ya go

1. Joe Polanco www.emeraldtreeboa.org (One of the best)
2. Tony Nicoli www.boas.net (Well he is the king of emeralds)
3. Craig and Karen Clark gemsoftherainforest.com (Really good people)
4. Matt Lerer www.freewebs.com/ghireptile/index.htm (Great guy, mostly in breeding high end stuff, but can get almost anything you want, fast.)
5. Noahs boas www.noahsboas.com (All f2 stuff impressive, and a nice guy)
6. Rico Walder www.signalherp.com (Nice High white animals spring from here)
7. Ed Marino No website but contact me for info(One of the big breeders for sure)
7. Me www.emeraldboas.com
