FORUM NOTICE!!! PLEASE READ

PHFaust Aug 11, 2003 10:42 AM

Folks,

I know this is going to sound a bit harsh to some of you but it needs to be said here and now.

A great many posts have been removed recently from this Forum, due mainly to personal negative comments, profanity, disruptive posts, and attacks against other users, all of which is in violation of our terms of service.

We do not allow personal attacks and threads that degenerate into name-calling, insults, and general chaos. When you post negative comments about other people (even against someone who is causing trouble), instead of sticking to the issues (discussion of chams), you are in violation of our Terms of Service and you lower yourselves to a level of being no better than that person causing the trouble in the first place.

Keep in mind that by registering and using our sites and services, you agreed that you have read, and will abide by, our Terms of Service. Community members at any time can review the terms of service here: Pet Hobbyist Site Rules/TOS.

Please it is important to keep in mind that just because one group is currently creating havoc and chaos on the forums by breaking the rules it does not mean that you are also free to break the rules in order to attack back at them. You will be held just as accountable for any post you make that is in violation of the terms of service as the original troublemaker will be held accountable for his posts. Attacking back does not solve the problem but instead runs the risk of you losing your own account.

It takes a lot of work and time sorting through numerous posts when such attacks occur. The more you post in response to the troublemakers post, the more work you create for the moderators who in turn have to remove not only the troublemaker's posts, but your posts as well. What I am getting down to is this: Do Not Respond to disruptive posts. Simply report the abuse when you find it and move on.

Thank you.

Cindy

I won't say I am sorry for saying what I did..I feel I was absolutely justified. I am sorry that things went as bad as they did. It's not fair to kingsnake, or to the great people of this board to have that kind of immaturity being displayed.

I can't promise that it won't ever happen again as I have a habit of saying it how it is.

I know you aren't satisfied if you don't get the last word in. But here is my pledge:
I will do my best to tolerate you.
In return, I ask that you show more respect of other people.
