Pregnant Emerald

Hi
I cycled my emeralds in oct/nov and put them together in the beginning of december and I�ve seen them mating at least 20 times. I have now seperated them and the female looks fat and has looked that way for 1 1/2 months now. She had her last meal 5 week ago defecated after that, and is now refusing food. What I have not seen is ovulation, at least I think so.Is it possible to miss ovulation? I�m a bit confused?

I�m also looking for europen breeders of amazon basin emeralds. Would like to buy 2 or 3 animals this year.

Yes it is very possible to miss the ovulation.

Some ovulations may be more discreet while others more evident. Your female is quite probably pregnant. Yes
